Job Description

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines at our client’s facility. You will ensure that the machines operate optimally through regular checks and adjustments, as well as perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. When necessary, you will handle troubleshooting and actions to resolve technical issues, always focusing on quality and safety in the work process. You will work closely with the team to keep production efficient and high-quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a high school education with a focus on technology or industry. You need to have at least one year of experience working as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary to perform the tasks effectively. Basic computer skills are required to operate the machines and document the work processes.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with CNC machines or other specialized production machines. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings can give you an edge. Experience working with quality control and safety regulations within the industry is also desirable. If you have undergone additional training in automation or technical development, this can further strengthen your application.
